lose circa 2-3 pounds per day
7 am. cup of hot water with the juice of one lemon 8 am. apple-carrot juice consisting of 4 unpeeled carrots and 2 unpeeled, cored apples ( or from health fodod shop- organic) 10 am. a glass of water or a cup of herbal tea 12 pm. a large glass of iced grapefruit juice
2 pm. a glass of water and a cup of herbal tea - mint or camomile 4 pm. a glass of pineapple juice and a glass of ice water (really burns fat) 6 pm. herbal tea and a glass of water 8 pm. iced pineapple or grapefruit juice
10 pm. a cup of hot water with juice of one lemon or if desperate camomile tea as a relaxant
